We are looking for a bilingual English / Romanian support technician level 2 who is motivated and attracted by new technologies to take care of the requests of our Romanian clients. Collaborative work, solidarity, knowledge sharing and availability is our motto.

Votre mission :

In one sentence, provide technical support for our software and hardware solutions and manage customer satisfaction.  In a little more than a sentence:- Deal with the simplest problems to the most complex: system, network, software and hardware- Administer Microsoft servers in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V Manager...- Identify and report to our development department the detailed scenario in case of discovery of a problem on our software- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through your exchanges, with pedagogy and altruism, and by proposing solutions adapted to the problems encountered.

Profil requis

You are an expert in system administration and networks, curious by nature your skills are up to the use of our technologies Full Microsoft:

Server: Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Exchange 2010/2016, SQL Server, Hyper-V Manager, TSE, Print Server, Data Backup (ArcServ, Veeam ...)

Client: Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/2016
